This quote is so true on how, as human, consume so much and are so greedy and want everything that would make us more powerful. Right now the Middle East has all the oil and has pretty much control of Americas fuel. When they increase the amount of oil costs it effects America financially and just the way we have to adjust to it because its so hard travel with expensive fuel. I’m not saying everyone is greedy and that we are all consuming so much but we in a way we need to change on how much we do consume, and I know people are trying to change on how we use fuel finding different ways to get energy and travel. That’s all I gots to say. =)

So on Tuesday we had a discussion on the new law that just passed in Arizona, that Mexicans that have papers and passports must be carried at all times. The police have the right to check any “suspicious” Mexican that look like they don’t have papers nor a passport. So pretty much in order to no the checked all the time and you know you are legal and was born here and you are Mexican you might as well where a shirt saying that you are legal and born in a America!! That is SO wrong!! That is strait up racial profiling and discrimination. I Mean I was born here in America, Texas to be exact, and I don’t want to be constantly being checked my police and always have to have any form of ID. I don’t even really caring my ID all the time. So throughout the discussion things did got heated up and I know it was only just to see both sides of the argument but those who were for the new law I can tell that many were white and does not know what its like to be discriminated nor looked down upon because of the color of your skin. they don’t know how its like trying to get papers and be legal here in America. Yeah it is doable but it takes literally YEARS to get a green card and have to pay A LOT of money, and even that does not guaranteed to get those who are illegal papers. I mean I’m for those Mexican who create trouble here and do wrong here to get the heck out of here. just making Mexicans look bad! I actually want them out as well! that’s all I gots to say.

why are we liers??

Do we expect people to lie to us? What would our world be like if no one lied? Everyday we find people lie and people just trying to get away with thing by lying. Its human nature to lie and have things there own way by lying. I do admit what the author said that it does make life easier to live because we avoid conflict just by hearing what other people want to hear, like for example how they look or what we think of there outfit. We are all dishonest people even if don’t mean to be because its just the way we are. I try to be honest as possible even with my friends. I’m honest with them on how they look and are, and I expect the same form them. I guess its just people are those who can take the truth and those who cant!!

THE DECISCION: CORPORTION RIGHTS

With the this big decision on giving large and small corporation the rights to have freedom of speech and other freedoms as in the first amendment they will have more influence amongst the citizens and pretty much will cancel out what they have to say in political and just things in general because corporations will have a bigger say. I really think it’s a bad idea to give them these rights. If they are able to vote and do stuff like that they will have the majority and not the actual individual citizen. Why should the corporations have the same rights as U.S. citizens, they are already making all the money what more do they need or want?? I think what the Supreme Court has decided is a very big mistake and shouldn’t have happened!!

I think she just wants to be a beautiful and be like a famous young girl who has all the fame. She is very self conscious about herself and doesn’t really like what she looks like and wants what she doesn’t have or be someone she isn’t. she have a very low self-esteem and probably was affected when she was younger.

Throughout my life I have been working with groups in school and with friends not knowingly. I don’t really like working with groups at school because there are other people you have to count on doing the work and also I have to worry about myself and am obligated to do the work. If I have people who do the work and are responsible then it’s good and force myself to do it so I won’t let them down. But the benefit of doing work as a group is you have different opinions and new ideas and not just yours. You have people who count on you on doing the work and that way you actually do the work.
